1. The applicant has preferred this first bail application under Section
438 of Cr.P.C. for grant of Anticipatory Bail, apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No. 250/2024, registered at Police Station – City Kotwali, Balodabazar, District – Balodabazar-Bhatapara (C.G.) for the alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections 384 and 389/34 of the Indian Penal Code (for short IPC).
2. Case of the prosecution story, in brief, is that the police during the investigation enquired the victim Amrish Sahu and recorded his 161 CrPC statement, in which this fact have been revealed that the applicant along with other co-accused persons have extorted money from him in relation to the incident of making available some unknown girl to him and for implication of him in any criminal case.
3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The applicant got the information from the news paper about the registration of FIR against him, whereas he do not have any relation with the happening of the case and by reading the news paper, he got to know that some persons have implicated him by
