1. The applicant has preferred this application under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. for grant of Anticipatory Bail, apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No.263/2024, registered at Police Station – Khamtarai, District Raipur, C.G. for alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections 376(2)(n) of the Indian Penal Code .
2. As per the case of the prosecution, it is alleged by the prosecutrix that "in the year 2020, when she was working in a Sunrise company in Raipur, she had met with applicant. Thereafter the applicant and prosecutrix started liking each other further the applicant proposed her and want to marry her, then both of them moved to a house in Harshit Vihar, Raipur and started living there as husband and wife.
She repeatedly asked Aman to marry her but he kept avoiding and from March 2021 to February 2024, the applicant on the pretext of marriage, sexually exploited. Hence the
