1. The applicants have preferred this first bail application under Section

438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of anticipatory bail as they are apprehending their arrest in connection with Crime No. 679/2023 registered at Police Station Khamtarai, District – Raipur (C.G.), for offences punishable under Section 420, 467, 468, 471, 34 of the I.P.C.

2. Case of the prosecution, in brief is that the complainant has lodged a complaint on 10.08.2023 before the Police Station against the present applicants alleging that the marriage of the complainant was solemnized with Manoj who is son of applicant No. 1 in the year 2018 and her husband expired before birth of their child. According to the FIR, husband of the complainant had informed her that a diverted land situated at village Godwara, Patwari Halka No. 108/37, Revenue Board and Tehsil Raipur bearing No. 500, Khasra No. 578/34, area 1500 sq. feet was purchased by him on 02.01.2018. After one year from the death of her husband the complainant was informed that his father-in- law and sister-in-law have submitted a forged affidavit and have recorded their names in the suit property which has compelle
