1. In compliance of the order dated 08.01.2024 passed by this Court, the applicant is present today before this Court, who has been duly identified by his counsel Mr. Kunal Das. His presence be marked.
2. This criminal revision is directed against the judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 02.04.2014 passed by the Sessions Judge, Dhamtari in Criminal Appeal No.60/2013, in which the present applicant has been convicted for the offences punishable under Section 338 of IPC and sentenced him to undergo R.I. for three months and to pay fine of Rs. 200/-, under Section 279 IPC, he has been convicted till rising of the Court and under Section 146/196 of the Motor Vehicle Act, he has been sentenced to pay fine of Rs. 500/-. The impugned judgment is arising out of order dated 29.06.2013 passed by the Judicial Magistrate Class-II, Dhamtari in Criminal Case No.56/2013, in which the learned trial Judicial Magistrate has convicted the applicant under Section 338 of IPC and sentenced him to undergo R.I. for six months and to pay fine of Rs. 200/-, under Section 279 IPC, he has been convicted till rising of the Court and under Section 146/196 of the Motor Vehic
