2. This M.C.C. has been filed by the applicant No.1 (respondent No.4 in the writ petition) and other applicants seeking recalling of order dated 20.11.2023 passed by this Court in WPC No.4880/2023, said writ petition was filed by the non-applicant No.1 (petitioner in the writ petition).

3. Facts of the case in brief are that, the applicants are the joint owners of a property situated at Anand Talkies, Bombay Market, Maudhapara, Raipur (CG) in Maudhapara Block No. 95. The said property is being operated as a hotel for a very long time, which is a source of livelihood of them. The said property has been constructed, as per the plan approved and sanctioned by the Municipal Corporation. In the sanctioned layout, there were windows in all the rooms of the 1st and 2nd floor, which open on both sides of the property. The said windows of the hotel rooms have been constructed for sun light and fresh air, the same has been built as per the sanctioned layout.
