ORDER
1. The civil revision has been filed by the applicant being aggrieved by the impugned order dated 24.09.2022 (Annexure A/1) passed by learned Additional District Judge, (F.T.C.), South Bastar- Dantewada in Misc. Civil Appeal No. 03/2019 arising out of the order dated 06.12.2018 (Annexure A/2) passed by learned Civil Judge, Class-I, Dantewada, District- Dantewada (C.G.) in Succession Case No. 02/2008.
2. Brief facts of the case as mentioned in the revision, are that the the applicant- Shyambati moved an application under Section 372 of Indian Succession Act for grant of succession certificate in respect of an amount of Rs. 23,05,657/- deposited towards death- cum-retrial benefit of the deceased- Late Vishnu Ram Jurri who was posted as constable and died on 23.12.2007 during the Naxal operation. During the course of trial, non-applicant Nos. 3 & 4 did not file the written submission but submit the statement on affidavit of their witnesses.
