1. These are 1st bail applications filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicants, who have been arrested in connection with Crime No. 4/2024 registered at Police Station Nandini Nagar, Distt. Durg (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Section 420, 34 of IPC and Section 7 and 8 of CG Gambling Prohibition Act.

2. Allegation against the applicants are that they provide bank account number and ATM card for transaction of money for online satta app BBB15 and thereby applicant Chhatrapal @ Kshitij Hirwani obtained about Rs. 1,14,00,000/- from July 2023 to June 2024 and applicant Rakesh Kumar Sahu alias Rahul Sahu transacted about Rs. 25 to 30 Lakhs between 3-3-2015 to 11-1-2024 and thereby, they cheated various persons, who invested amount in aforesaid gaming app. Based on above facts, instant crime has been registered under Section 420 of IPC and Section 7 and 8 of CG Gambling Prohibition Act.
