1. This is the first bail application filed by the applicants under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail, as they have been arrested in connection with Crime No. 83/2024 registered at Police Station – Aamanaka, District – Raipur, Chhattisgarh for the offences punishable under Sections 283, 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and under Sections 47 (A), 54 (1), 54 (2) & 54 (3) of the Chhattisgarh Krishi Pashu Parirakshan Adhiniyam, 1978 and under Section 11 of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960 and under Sections 04, 06, 07, 09, 10, 11 of the Chhattisgarh Krishak Pashu Parirakshan Adhiniyam, 2004.

2. Case of the prosecution is that, on 14.02.2024 at about 11:50 P.M. report was lodged in the concerned police station by the complainant alleging that the complainant received an information that on a Truck bearing No. KA-07-B-6331, cattles are loaded and they are being taken to slaughter house at Hyderabad. The complainant intercepted the truck near Kharun River Bridge, upon which, driver of the truck fled away. Police was called and upon opening the container of the truck, 83 cattles were found loaded in the container, out of
