This appeal has been preferred by the appellant-Bank

under section 20 of the Recovery of Debts Due to Banks and

Financial Institutions Act, 1993 (for short “the RDDBFI Act”)

challenging the order dated 30.11.2016 passed by the Presiding

Officer, DRT, Patna, whereby the original application filed by the

appellant was disposed off.

granted a term loan of Rs. 18.35 lacs by the appellant-Bank for
