ORDER ON I.A. No.438/2021

The appellant is fighting this battle to recover pubic money to the

tune of almost five crores. It has filed a recovery case under Section

19 of the Recovery of Debts and Bankruptcy Act,1993 against the

respondents. Respondents no.1 to 8 are its borrowers/mortgagors out

of whom respondent 6 as expired, who had alsotaken loan from

respondent no.9, Standard Chartered Bank. Respondent no.1 had

obtained financial facility from the appellant bank for its jewellery

business.
