The present application has been filed by the applicant for

direction to the respondent no. 3 in the appeal, which has

already been disposed off vide judgment and order dated

15.12.2020 by this Tribunal with certain directions.

Since the judgment dated 15.12.2020 passed by this Tribunal

is already operative, therefore, no further direction is required

to be given to the respondent no. 3 of the said judgment.

However, the respondents are expected to comply with the

said judgment.

In view of the aforesaid, the application filed by the appellant

is disposed off.
