Present: Shri Gyanendra Tripathi, Advocate holding brief of

Shri Abhay Kumar Singh, counsel for the appellant,

Shri A. P. Singh, counsel for the respondent-Bank,

Shri B. D. Yadav, Advocate holding brief of Shri B. K.

Srivastava, counsel for the respondent no. 2,

It is contended by the learned counsel for the respondent-

Bank that the present appeal has been filed against the

interim order dated 21.05.2015 passed by the DRT, Jabalpur

in O.A. No. 61/2013. It is further contended that the aforesaid

O.A. has now been finally decided by the Tribunal below vide

order dated 27.11.2021, which has not been challenged and

has attained finality. Therefore, the present appeal has

become infructious.

In view of the above, the present appeal is dismissed as

having become infructuous.
