passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge („ASJ‟) (Special Court),

NDPS, Delhi convicting the Appellant under Section 20 of the Narcotics

Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act 1985 („NDPS Act‟) and an order

dated 16^th September 2005 sentencing him to undergo rigor
