1. This contempt appeal being filed by strangers to the proceedings in

Contempt Case (C) No.617/2012 which was dismissed as not pressed, led to

hearing of this appeal on its maintainability.

2. We have heard learned counsel for the Appellants on the

maintainability of the present contempt appeal.

3. Mr.Abhay Kumar, learned counsel for the Appellants submits that the

Appellants are seriously prejudiced by the order dated 07.05.2013 passed in

Cont. Petition (C) 617/2012 for the reason that they have interest in Flat

No.B-12, Janhit Co-operative Group Housing Society Ltd., Plot No.25/2,

Sector-9, Rohini, Delhi, possession of which has been handed over to Shri

J.K.Gupta, who thereafter got the contempt petition dismissed as not
