The petitioners are aggrieved by the orders dated 24.05.2016 and

01.06.2016 passed by Central Administrative Tribunal (hereinafter

referred to as ‘the Tribunal’).

The facts of both the cases are almost identical and since identical

issues arise for consideration of this Court
