The present appeal has been filed under Section 374(2) of the Code of

Criminal Procedure, (hereinafter referred to as ‘Cr.P.C.’), against the

judgment dated 21.02.2018 and order on sentence dated 26.02.2018

passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-02, North Rohini

Courts, Delhi in Sessions Case No. 58133/2016 in FIR No. 302/2012

registered for the offence punishable under Section 302 of the Indian

Penal Code (hereinafter referred as ‘IPC’) at PS Alipur, whereby the

appellant was convicted and sentenced to undergo rigorous

imprisonment for life and further sentenced to pay a fine of Rs.7000/-

for the offence punishable under Section 302 IPC and in default of

payment of fine
