Present application has been moved under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for

grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No. 419/2021 lodged on 29^th July,

2021 at PS Hari Nagar under Sections 419/420/120B/34 IPC read with

Section 66C/66(D) I.T. Act, 2000.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that all the accused persons

have already been admitted to bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner

further submits that in fact the petitioner is an actor and producer in the

bollywood and has produced certain successful movies. It has been
