The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 11 of the

Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996(hereinafter referred to as ‘the Act’).

By this petition, the petitioner seeks appointment of an independent

sole arbitrator to determine and adjudicate the disputes and claims between

the parties.
