ORAL ORDER
1. Heard learned advocate Mrs.Sangeeta Pahwa with learned advocate Ms.Siddhi Vadodariya for Thakkar and Pahwa Advocates on behalf of the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader Mr.J.K.Shah on behalf of the respondent – State.
2. By way of this petition, the petitioners have inter alia challenged a notice under Section 61 of the Gujarat Land Revenue Code dated 28.08.2024.
3. Learned AGP Mr.Shah, under instruction, would submit that while notice for vacating the property within a period of seven days has been given, the record which is passed over for perusal of this Court would inter alia reflect the endeavour of the State Authorities is to afford an appropriate opportunity to the petitioners before taking any action. Learned AGP would submit that considering the submissions made in the present petition, this Court may grant appropriate time to the petitioners to approach the respondent no.1 herein who had issued the notice in question and whereas the respondent no.1, after providing an appropriate opportunity to the petitioners, would take a decision in accordance with law.
4. Learned advocate Mrs.Pahwa would not have any objection to such a suggestion and where
