ORDER:-

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the

Constitution of India seeking the following relief:

“…to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the

nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents in

issuing endorsement in R.O.C.No.348/2018/C1, dated 29.06.2018

rejecting the case of the petitioner for his appointment on

compassionate grounds, as illegal, arbitrary, unjust and violative of

Article 14 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the

respondents to appoint the petitioner in a suitable post on

compassionate grounds and pass such other order.”

The petitioner’s father late U.Chinna Naga Raju was

working as Public Health Worker in the 2nd respondent

Municipality and he died on 01.10.2009. The petitioner’s father

married two wives namely one U.Thirupathamma and another

U.Narasamma. The petitioner is the fourth son of first wife

U.Thirupathamma of Chinna Naga Raju. The petitioner’s father

worked as Public Health Worker in 2nd respondent Municipality
