After some arguments, learned counsel for the

petitioner submitted that the writ petition may be disposed of

with liberty to the petitioner to pray for release of Tata Indica

Car bearing registration no. BR-11K-2092 seized in connection

with Katihar Town Sahayak P.S. Case No.654 of 2018 before

the court below itself under Section 451 of the Code of Criminal

Procedure.

Leave is granted.

The writ petition is disposed of.
