Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned

A.P.P. representing the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chapra

Town P.S. Case No. 262 of 2015 registered for the offences

punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 477(A) of

the Indian Penal Code.

Allegedly, the petitioner working in the accounts

section of Bihar Home Guard, Chapra got deposited the duty

allowance of
