Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Petitioner seeks bail in S. Tr. No. 3/19 arising out of

Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 981 of 2015 registered for the offence

punishable under Sections 307, 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal

Code, Section ¾ of the D.P. Act and later on Section 304(B) of

the I.P.C. was also added.

Allegation against the petitioner is to have killed the

informant by setting her ablaze along with the F.I.R. named

accused for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that

she is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. It

has further been submitted that petitioner is Gotni of the victim

girl. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody

since 30.06.2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

and nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the

petitioner on bail at this stage. Hence, the prayer for bail of the

petitioner is hereby rejected.

However, the petitioner would be at liberty to renew

her prayer for bail after one year in custody.
