Let the defect (s) be removed within four weeks after

start of the physical Court.

Heard the parties in virtual Court.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the

offences punishable under Sections 272,273 I.P.C. and 30(a) of

Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Allegation is of recovery of liquor. Petitioner has got

no criminal antecedent. Investigation of the case is already

complete. Petitioner is in custody since 10.10.2020.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner,

above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like

amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where

the case is pending in connection with Spl. Excise Case No.422

of 2020 arising out of Dagarua Police Station Case No.174 of

2020 with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial

jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial

of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to

cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
