The applicant/accused in Crime No. 38 of 2020

registered with Janki Nagar Police Station for the offence

punishable under Sections 307 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal

Code as well as Section 27 of the Arms Act at the instance of the

first informant Nandani Devi by this application is seeking his

release on bail during the pendency of the trial. Later on,
