Heard both sides.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Hajipur Sadar

P.S. Case No.325 of 2021 registered under Section 30(a) of the

Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to

previous antecedent.

It is further submitted that nothing has

been recovered from possession of the petitioner. The alleged

recovery has been made from a decapitated house of Bholi Rai

and the petitioner has no concern with the same.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances

of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his

arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a

period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a

copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on

furnishing bail bond of Rs.10000/-(rupees ten thousand) with

two sureties of the like amount each
