Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and

learned APP for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his

arrest in connection with Excise Complaint Case No. 180C2

of 2020 instituted for the offences under Section 30(a) of

the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

15 litres of liquor kept in a plastic jerkin was found
