The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with

Jogapatti P.S.Case No. 33 of 2017 registered under Sections 201

and 302/34 of the Indian penal Code.

Allegation as per FIR is of causing death of the deceased

due to demand of Rs. 50,000/-. Petitioner nos. 1 and 2 are

nephews of the husband of the deceased and petitioner no.3 is wife

of petitioner no. 1, petitioner no. 4 is niece of petitioner no. 1 and

petitioner no. 5 is mother-in-law of the deceased.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that FIR

itself shows that allegation of demand is against the husband and

no specific allegation has been attributed against any of the

petitioners and husband is in custody.

Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and

circumstances, this application is allowed and the provisional bail

granted to the petitioners vide order dated 24.01.2019 is

confirmed.
