Though the present writ petition has been filed for

directing the learned Sub-Judge-II, Dumraon, District-Buxar to

expeditiously decide and dispose off the Title Suit of the

petitioner bearing Title Suit No. 42 of 2015, however, the

learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present

writ petition in view of changed circumstances.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off as

not pressed.
