The learned counsel for the parties are in agreement

that the present case is fully covered by order dated 17.10.2017

passed in CWJC No. 12190 of 2016 and other analogous cases.

In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition is

also disposed of with a direction to the respondent authorities to

decide the case of the petitioner by applying the condition

prevalent at the time of issuance of N.I.T. by respective Oil

Companies and accordingly, adjudicate the issue of grant of no

objection certificate within a period of two weeks from today.
