Heard Mr. Subodh Kumar, the learned counsel for

the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.

The petitioner, who is the husband of O.P. No. 2

seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with

Sheohar P.S. Case No. 14/2019 instituted for the offences

under Sections 323/ 498(A)/494/504/506/34 of the Indian

Penal Code.

On 04.03.2020, a Bench of this Court had issued

notice to opposite party no. 2 and had granted interim

protection to the petitioner.
