Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the

learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with

Simari P.S. Case No. 180 of 2016 registered under Sections 406,

409, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned

counsel

appearing

on

behalf

of

the

petitioners submits that similarly situated co-accused namely

Ranjeet Kumar has already been allowed bail by a Bench of this

Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 30746 of 2020 on 19.02.2021.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances

of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail,

in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court

below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing

bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties

of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-IV, Buxar

in connection with Simari P.S. Case No. 180 of 2016, subject to

the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
