Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22028 of 2021(5) dt.24-03-2022

counsels for the opposite parties.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection

with Deep Nagar P.S. Case No. 335 of 2020 registered under

Sections 341, 342, 147, 148, 149, 326 and 302 of the Indian

Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners

submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been

implicated in the present case due to enmities and village

politics. Further submission is that specific allegation against

co-accused Tulsi Manjhi. Petitioners have no criminal history.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances

of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail,

in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below

within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal

bond to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bihar

Sharif, Nalanda in connection with Deep Nagar P.S. Case No.

335 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section

438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
