Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.

Sandeep Kumar and Mr. Anand Kumar Singh, learned counsel

for the opposite party.

Mr. Sandeep Kumar, learned counsel appearing on

behalf of the opposite party has submitted that in compliance of

the direction issued by this Court, the opposite parties have

taken steps for compliance of the direction and he has filed a

supplementary show cause.

From perusal of the supplementary show cause, it

appears that the order of this Court has substantially complied

with.

In view of the above, the present application is

disposed of. The present proceeding is dropped. However,

liberty shall be available to the petitioner, if he has any

grievance as to the calculation or in case any of the grievance of

the petitioner has not been appropriately redressed, the
