Supplementary affidavit is filed on behalf of the

petitioner. The same be kept on record.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned

APP for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under

Sections 147/353/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code, Section

25(1-b) of the Arms Act, Section-5 of the Explosive Substances

Act and Sections-16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 & 22 of U.A.P. Act.

Allegedly, three Maoist magazines, two detonators, three

live cartridges and Chinese granade bomb were recovered from

the petitioner.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there

is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the

petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 06-04-2018. Charge

sheet has already been submitted. Three Maoist magazines, two

detonators, three live cartridges and Chinese granade bomb are

alleged to have been recovered. There is no compliance of

Section 100 Cr.P.C.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is

named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let

the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing

bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of

the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial

Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 128

of 2018.
