Supplementary affidavit is filed on behalf of the

petitioner. The same be kept on record.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned

APP for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under

Sections 147/353/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code, Section

25(1-b) of the Arms Act, Section-5 of the Explosive Substances

Act and Sections-16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 & 22 of U.A.P. Act.

Allegedly, three Maoist magazines, two detonators, three

live cartridges and Chinese granade bomb
