Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the

learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection

with Tekari P.S. Case No. 335 of 2020 registered under Sections

420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned

counsel

appearing

on

behalf

of

the

petitioners submits that similarly situated co-accused have

already been allowed bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court

vide Cr. Misc. No. 15930 of 2019 on 14.03.2019, as contained

in Annexure-2 to the bail application. Petitioner has no criminal

antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances

of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 27875 of 2021(2) dt.24-02-2022

the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below

within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal

bond to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Gaya in connection with

Tekari P.S. Case No. 335 of 2020, subject to the condition as

laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
