Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as

learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the

offences punishable under Sections 341, 307, 504, 506, 324/34

of the Indian Penal Code .

to have opened fire causing firearm injury to the informant and
