After some argument, learned counsel appearing on

behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this

application with a liberty to raise all the issues, which have been

raised in the present proceeding, during the course of trial.

Permission is accorded.

The application stands disposed of as withdrawn with

liberty aforesaid.

Let this order be communicated to the learned trial

court forthwith with a direction to expedite the trial of the accused

persons including the petitioner and make all endeavours to

conclude the same at an early date, preferably within a period of

one year from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this

order.
