The applicant/accused in Crime No.03 of 2021 registered

with Police Station-Malaypur for the offences punishable under

Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act, by this

application is seeking his release on bail during the pendency of

the trial.

Heard learned counsel appearing for the applicant/

accused. He submits that the applicant is behind the bars from

03.01.2021 and only a country made pistol with a bullet is

shown to be recovered from him.
