This is an application seeking quashing of the

FIR of Saur Bazar P.S. Case No. 537 of 2017 dated

03.12.2014 instituted for the offence under Section 379

of the Indian Penal Code.

On 04.11.2020. this Court had called for a

report about the stage of the case from the court below.

The report has been received and it is kept at ‘Flag X’. It

appears that charge sheet in this case has already been

submitted whereafter cognizance has been taken.

An affidavit also has been filed pursuant to the

order of this Court by the learned counsel for the

opposite party no. 2 intimating this Court about the

stage of the case.

In that view of the matter, this petition has

become infructuous.

The petition stands dismissed as having become

infructuous.
