dated 07.07.2021 passed by this Court in the instant petition,

name of the petitioner, in the cause title, has wrongly been

mentioned as “M/S. G. Hardware” instead of “M/S G.P.

Hardware”.

As such, judgment dated 07.07.2021 is modified to

the extent that in the cause title portion of the said judgment,

name of the petitioner be read as “M/S G.P. Hardware” in place
