Heard Mr. Amrendra Kumar, learned counsel for

the petitioner and Md. Shakir Ahmad, learned Additional

Public Prosecutor appearing for the State through video

conferencing.

Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with

Sikandara P.S. Case No. 283 of 2020 registered for the

offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian

Penal Code 1860 and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
