CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH

ORAL ORDER

19-12-2012

In my view, the writ petition is not maintainable. For

the relief prayed in the present writ petition, the petitioner has

other statutory remedies available in law.

Thus, I find no merit in the present writ petition. It is

dismissed, accordingly.
