Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned APP

for the State and learned counsel for the informant.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the

offences under Sections 498A, 304B, 34 of the Indian Penal

Code and 3 and 4 of D.P. Act.

Allegation against the accused persons is of

committing torture and thereafter caused death of the victim

due to non-fulfilment of demand of dowry.
