Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the

learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection

with Bisfi P.S. Case no. 328 of 2018, registered under Sections

420, 406, 467, 468 and 469 of the Indian Penal Code.

Accusation is that petitioner, who is Chairman of

PACS, Sadullahpur, submitted revenue papers showing the land

of 10 katha in his name, but in the year 2012-13 and 2016-17,

he had supplied 60, 85 quintals of paddy to the PACS.
