Mr. Indradeo Prasad, learned counsel for the

petitioner submits that the petitioner at the time of occurrence

was juvenile and under confusion anticipatory bail was

preferred.

As such, he seeks withdrawal of the said petition with

liberty to prefer the same before an appropriate Court.

In view of the fact that the petitioner was a minor on

that particular date, the prayer for withdrawal is allowed.
