Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned

APP for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sultanganj

P.S. Case No. 255 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable

under Sections 436, 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant has alleged that his hut was set ablaze by

the petitioner and others, and articles looted. It is also alleged that the

she-buffalos were ta
