Heard Mr. Rajesh Kumar Singh, learned senior
counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Kamal Nayan, AC to SC-28
for the State.
During pendency of this writ application the
investigation has been completed, a charge-sheet has been filed
and this Court has been informed that order taking cognizance
has already been passed by the learned court below. The charge-
sheet and the order taking cognizance are not under challenge in
Patna High Court CR. WJC No.485 of 2018(2) dt.01-08-2022

the present writ application as no petition seeking amendment
has been filed.
In the aforesaid view of the matter, learned senior
counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this
application with liberty to seek his remedy, if so advised, against
the charge-sheet and the order taking cognizance in an
appropriate application before the court of competent
jurisdiction.
Learned AC to SC-28 for the State has no objection to
such prayer of the petitioners.
This application is, thus, disposed of with liberty as
prayed for.
