Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned

counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioners are in custody in connection with

Special Case No.10 of 2019, arising out of Rajauli P.S. Case

No.56 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 384, 411 of IPC

and 7(a) of the P.C. Act.

Allegation against the petitioners is that they were

involved in incollecting money from the truck drivers at the

Jharkhand Boarder. From their possession total 26,717/- cash

was recovered

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that

petitioners are the Home Gaurd Jawans and they have got no

criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 14.02.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioners have got no

previous criminal antecedent, the petitioners, named above, are

directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of

Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the

like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge,

Vigilance, 1^st Patna, in connection with Special Case No.10 of

2019 arising out of Rajauli P.S. Case No.56 of 2019 with the

condition that both the bailors should be the Home Gaurd

Jawans.
