Heard learned counsel for the parties through video

conferencing.

The petitioner seeks bail in Kotwali P.S. Case No.33

of 2020, registered for the offence under Section

302,201,353,203,177,182,195 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the F.I.R., some unknown persons killed the

son-in-law of informant, however; during course of

investigation, this petitioner has been made accused in this case.
